In Songadh – a remote village in Gujarat – we stayed in a dharamshala (pilgrimage centre) that my great-grandfather built. It was very peaceful and relaxing and we were there with some family. We visited a pretty Jain temple and looked through a museum of art depicting a Jain guru (teacher).
