Whilst we were still in Singapore, we went to a stunning, modern yet natural establishment called Gardens by the Bay. We went with my uncle. It was amazing!
Firstly, Floral Fantasy was a beautiful place, adorned with a spectacular sea of multicoloured flowers! There was a bird made entirely out different coloured roses; balls of gradient flowers that dangled from the ceiling like colourful lanterns; archways and people sculpted artistically out of plants; walls hidden under them and, finally, mini waterfalls with lillypads floating joyfully on the surface. Still inside Floral Fantasy, we went to fantastic 4D experience called flight of the dragonfly. It was AWESOME!
Secondly, we went to the Flower Dome. It was based on an around-the-world-version of Claude Monet’s iconic gardens and was super cool! There were separate sections with trees from all over the world, models of Monet’s house, an informative museum of artwork and artists and LOADS of plants and flowers! It was wonderful!
Lastly, Cloud forest created an informative and realistic impression of mountaintop plants and the unique life in the humid environment of a rainforest waterfall. There were also fun activities: walking around the waterfall and an interactive experience where you can learn about mountaintop plants. It was INCREDIBLE!
