Yesterday, we went outside, finding the weather blissful and sunny. We decided to go for brunch at a phenomenal restaurant with a breathtaking view: it was called ‘Cocoon’. The food was AMAZING! I had a delicious French Toast, with ice cream, fruit and nuts; Siddharth had chocolate covered pancakes with fruit; Mamma had a Smoothie bowl with mango, chia seeds and another various assortment of seeds and Daddy had a Japanese style omelet with avocado and truffle sauce. Everything was incredible!
The view was beautiful: the whole of Koh Samui draped like a blanket before us, bejeweled with the shimmering, sparkling ocean, trees enveloping the landscape, wooden huts lining little roads and the vast beach rimming the island in a golden halo.
There was a little unbarred porch overlooking the view, with beanbags on it that you could lie on. It was so cool!
